PARENT RULES
Dear Sponsors,

We are pleased to have so many kids enrolled in our sports training and after school study program. By providing a variety of sports, dance and tutoring activities and options, we hope you and your company will be engaged and inspired to help fund these programs throughout the year. With help from donors like you, we can maintain our daily homework assistance program, for community at-risk youth that otherwise may not receive help. We are committed to ensuring all children and young people feel prepared for school and confident about participating in the school functions daily. Our staff and coaches are experienced, enthusiastic and committed to student safety, learning and personal development.

The cost of providing our programs and competitions continue to increase each year, in some areas approximately six to eleven percent per year per participant. A significant portion of the costs is covered by participant fees, which most of our young people can’t afford initially. We would like you to consider supporting our program that directly serves over five hundred children ages six to thirteen. A voluntary donation of (example $200.00 to $20,000.00) would, for example, help cover and fund the cost of participation for our teen Tutoring and Scholar Athlete Program. Of course, we understand that not every individual or business has the resources to make such a donation and we are grateful for any support you can provide. Likewise, any additional donation beyond the amount requested would help to support the cost for those children whose families can’t pay. No child will be denied access to the program because their family is unable to make a donation.

If you have any questions, please contact me directly, Ways & Means/Fundraiser Director. Thank you for taking the time to consider this request. We look forward to working with you and your child throughout the year.

Sincerely,

Eldridge Big Cat Tolefree
